The hippocampus is part of the human brain. It is involved in the transfer of information from short-term to long-term memory, as well as in orientation ability. People with damage to the hippocampus are unable to form and retain new information. A pill that targets this part of the brain can relieve you of the unpleasant recent memories. Overdose can cause unpredictable side effects.
