One of the main characters, a professional fraudster, Nasrulla Sheykhov (Tahir Imanov) cannot be satisfied with the petty frauds he commits in the city. Greed for money makes him do even worse things. Going to a village, he promises to solve the social problems of the people there, so that later he can implement his cunning idea. After seeing the improvement in the village, all of Nasrullah's plans are in vain. Despite this, the fraudster does not stand still and resorts to an even more disgusting trick.
