The plot follows two brothers, Tae-joo and Tae-seong, whose lives have been in conflict since childhood, much like the biblical twins Jacob and Esau. Tae-joo becomes a police officer in Seoul, while Tae-seong rises as the second-in-command in a notorious crime syndicate in Busan involved in smuggling Japanese relics. Their paths cross again when Tae-joo starts investigating a smuggling case linked to Tae-seong's organization. Despite Tae-seong's devotion to his lover, Chan-mi, and Tae-joo's relentless pursuit of justice, a shocking truth is revealed that drastically impacts both brothers.
