Overview

The film tells the story of Yang Ye, who died in battle in Youzhou. After his death, the emperor bestowed the Nine-Ring Golden Dagger, a treasure of the Yang family, to the Song Dynasty. However, it fell into the hands of the Liao Kingdom. In their grief and anger, Yang's eighth and ninth sisters went to the Liao Kingdom to reclaim the precious dagger. On their journey back, they encountered Jiao Guangpu, a displaced general from the Song Dynasty. Initially strangers, they later joined forces to safely return the treasure to their homeland.
