Stone is a young man who has an almost obsessive sense of justice. He hunts down Nazi war criminals who escaped after WWII and makes them stand trial for their crimes. He believes in justice and spends his days tracking down criminals who have escaped punishment. While on the trail of a Nazi war criminal, Stone meets the criminal's grandson and love blossoms.
