Our character Hélène travels from one dream to another in her life, her only grip with the present the rehearsal of a play, "Ulcer". Strangely, all the colorful real events respond to her sinister dreams and rantings in black and white. The trivial events of the repetition take on meaning, and then draw the map of a great inner journey.
