He Has Gone Rogue is a sci-fi filmed and set in Sierra Leone in West Africa. It's a fictional film that makes a difference in Sierra Leone as it was made by a group of teenagers. The story itself revolves around Frank, a kid from another planet called Planet Orai, who was sent to Earth to escape an evil who has possessed his older brother, but since he was so young, he has no memory of his past and the future he finds himself in.
