This film tells the love story of the rich second-generation Qiao Jiamu, who is dedicated to self-employment, and the terminally ill female tenant Lan Xue. The two gradually change from hating each other to cherishing each other. Under the infection of Lan Xue, Qiao Jiamu became mature and stable from being childish at the beginning, acting impulsively to protecting his lover and assuming family responsibilities, and finally realized the true meaning of life and love.
