Overview

Elmo was the bully of his hometown, until he was jailed for killing his wife, Patricia. After he served his jail sentence, he swore that he would do anything to live a new and better life. But he becomes the town's laughing stock. Elmo, once the towns bully, now pushes carts to collect bottles and newspapers. But this doesn't stop Elmo from trying to live a better life so he helps children by urging them to do good things and convincing them to stay away from drugs.
