Incidental music by Erich Wolfgang Korngold enriches a Shakespeare comedy with Viennese flair, Richard Strauss celebrates coffee house culture in his ballet whipped cream, while Maurice Ravel delivers an ecstatic, explosive version of the Viennese waltz with La Valse.
