Masha unsuccessfully tries to enroll to study in Moscow in order to leave her hometown. Of her friends, she has only a dark-skinned guy from France, with whom they communicate via video link in two languages. Spontaneously Masha gets on the set of a strange debut film as an understudy in erotic scenes. In an attempt to cope with loneliness and find acquaintances, the heroine nevertheless finds herself out of tune with the new environment. She tries to build a relationship with her hometown and home, putting off the idea of moving.
