Andria Balanchivadze (ანდრია ბალანჩივაძე) was a Georgian music composer. He was the son of opera singer and music composer Meliton Balanchivadze (მელიტონ ბალანჩივაძე). He began began studying music in Leningrad, and after the 1917 Bolshevik coup, his family returned to Georgia. From 1921 to 1925, he studied at the Tbilisi Conservatory. In 1931, he graduated from the Leningrad N. Rimsky–Korsakov Conservatory in Leningrad. From 1931 to 1933, he was the composer and musical director of the Georgian Drama Theater. From 1941 to 1948, he held the position of Artistic director of Georgia's State Philharmonic Orchestra.
