Christine Flemming (b. 1994, Thailand) is Thai-Chinese and Swedish. She grew up in Chiang Mai and moved to Bangkok to study at Chulalongkorn University, where she concentrated her studies in arts and culture. Christine has primarily produced personal work. From her experimental short films and to her family documentary, Christine’s work explores the formation and expressions of mixed-race identity within the context of her home country. ‘A Day Will Come’ (2019) is Tinshine’s and Christine’s first collaboration. The short film won the Vichitmatra Award at the 23rd Thai Short Film & Video Festival.
