Hillary Tzeng is a Taiwanese-American filmmaker based in Los Angeles, CA. She is a Master of Fine Arts candidate in Film & TV Production at the University of Southern California. Prior to pursuing film at USC, she graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and from USC with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance and minors in Cinematic Arts and Web Technologies/Applications.
