Born in Fortaleza (Brazil), Matheus Monteiro is an independent writer and filmmaker. Graduated in Audiovisual Directing and Animation Direction by public art school Vila das Artes, his works focus on speculative fiction from a queer perspective. His debut was the short film "The Song I Made For You" an experimental horror-animation.
