Lê Ngọc Duy is a filmmaker from Da Nang, Viet Nam and part of A Song Collective. Attending documentary filmmaking workshops by Doc Cicada during 2020-2021, he has grown an interest in making films with non-fictional materials. His first short film, "The House That Stays" (2023), marks his debut as a director. Currently, he is co-curating and organizing the Cinema of the Peasant (CNN) program in Da Nang — a grassroots initiative promoting independent, low-budget, and local filmmaking practice. In 2022, he led technical aspects for Autumn Meeting's screenings and instigated a series of arthouse and avant-garde film events at his college.
