Florent Pallares is a French film historian and filmmaker born March 20, 1981 in Lyon. He is one of the three founding members, with Barbara Kurzaj and Thierry Marcos, of "Red Eyes Cool", a group of international filmmakers experimenting with new models of cinematic design.
A member of Sławomir Idziak's “Film Spring Open” foundation, he participated as director in the first European production of an interactive film Blackout, looters of lost memories financed by the Polish National Audiovisual Institute and the “Film Spring” foundation. Open.”
Associate researcher at the Center for Historical Research on Mediterranean Societies, CRHiSM, he is also in charge of cinema courses at the University of Perpignan.
