The final episode brings back Miles Kane and his band, and a second appearance from The Mysterines joining Paul’s band, with vocalist Lia Metcalfe sharing vocal duties with Paul on his version of Dr John’s “Walk On Gilded Splinters”.
Episode 3 features Connie Constance and a second outing from Villagers' Conor O’Brien, performing his single “Summer Song” ably abetted by Paul himself. Paul and his band give “Woo Se Mama” from “A Kind Revolution” the live treatment.
Episode two features singer-songwriter Samm Henshaw, who cites D’Angelo and Lauren Hill as influences, takes his soul-infused groves to the proceedings and Irish band Villagers' Conor O’Brien, brings things to a close.
Episode one introduces incendiary Merseyside 3-piece The Mysterines who have been making waves on the live circuit and recently supported the next featured guest - Black Barn regular Miles Kane and Paul digs deep into his back catalogue to perform “Brushed” from the LP “Heavy Soul”.
