Sheridon and Fogile came to hold his farewell dinner at the Vetkoekpaleis. They get drunk and Frik drinks together just to be sociable. Ella slaps Worsie and Frik throws her out of the shop. Koekie shows up just as everyone is leaving and Worsie asks her to be his girlfriend, she says yes. Ella insists that Worsie should come and introduce his new girlfriend to her and Apie. Koekie and Worsie are getting ready to go. She looks beautiful and he is madly in love. On the spur of the moment, he asks her to marry him.
Worsie receives a chain letter threatening that the accident will happen to him if he does not obey it. Koekie invites Worsie to her wedding. Boeboe suggests he takes a sexy cherry with him to entertain Koekie. Worsie's kitchen almost explodes and he is thrown out of the church at the wedding. However, Worsie's luck turns and so does Poppie and Frikkadel's.
Poppie feels that Ruben should get a little brother or sister. Frik, who could not go to Loftus for a year, strongly objects to the proposal. He just doesn't see chance for everything that a new baby brings. Worsie unwittingly helps Poppie to convince Frikkadel when he explains life's priorities to Boeboe in the kitchen.
Poppie wants some checque's for household expenses. Mr Louw, the headmaster, comes to introduce his "friend" Fanny to Frikkadel. Fanny is a singer and wants to present a concert in the interest of rugby. Fanny does not go down well with Poppie, but Worsie is very pleased with her. Boeboe flashes Worsie to change his view of her.
Ella and Poppie join the local gym. Not only do they take private lessons from the instructor, the man is also a trained masseuse from Zimbabwe. However, Frik is convinced he is an illegal immigrant. Worsie says he is more than belly and wants to have a boep-job done like Boeboe. Even though he can't afford it, Worsie believes that's how he's going to get a girl. Worsie and the doctor do not understand each other very well and instead of the boep-job, Worsie gets a bar mitzvah. Frik assures him that it is much healthier, especially in our climate.
Frikkadel goes to rugby and Worsie is in charge of the shop. When Poppie tries to call Frikkadel, a certain Jill answers and it's clear that Frikkadel and his pals are not at Loftus. Worsie and his friends enroll at the Martha Kelly School of Fancy Dancing but are kicked out on the first night. Sheridon comes to seek shelter at the Vetkoekpaleis when his girlfriend Kimberley's sister and twin cousins become pregnant and he is suspected.
Worsie shows up late at work after a wild pajama party in his apartment. Ella is upset when the caretaker tells her about the party and she also finds Vaatjie in his Tellytubby and Thabo in his Spider-Man pajamas where they are sleeping. The police summon Worsie to explain what happened to the three nurses who were at his party.
Sheridon gets into trouble when his girlfriend's father sees him dancing with Barbie. However, that's nothing compared to Frikkadel's trouble when Poppie discovers a certain Monica's business card in his wallet. Monica is a manhunter who works at the jewelry store and Frik has to get his facts straight to win Poppie's favor again.
Boeboe meets her dream man. She tells him that she is the owner of the Vetkoekpaleis and Frik is not at all happy about this. However, he is too late to stop the rumors and is faced with personnel problems when Worsie wants to know where his share of the Vetkoekpaleis is. Ella comes to show off her renewed love life, her husband, Apie, is on wonderful new blue medication.
Worsie gets a job offer from Spiros. The offer promises to provide both business and pleasure as Worsie is also to marry Spira, Spiros's daughter. Worsie is still fine with that, but on top of that, being a father to her unborn baby is too much for him. Frik doesn't want to hear anything about it either and intervenes to save the situation.
