A young rider is lucky to be alive after plunging down an unstable mineshaft on his motorbike. Team Salvage is in Kalgoorlie, the gold mining capital of Australia, to try and retrieve the damaged bike. They have five hours and a 4,500-dollar budget to compete this highly dangerous retrieval. The whole area is unstable and the bike is jammed 10-metres down a shaft.
The team is given two days and a $20,000 budget to remove a 10-metre steel-hulled yacht from Cockburn Beach in Western Australia. The problem is the boat is buried deep in the sand and is a danger to beach goers. Heavy machinery specialist Ryan is going to use his monster excavator to try and get the job done, but there's a catch - to make the budget work, Luke needs Ryan to be done and dusted in 24 hours.
Luke and his team are called to a farm in Donnybrook, Western Australia, where a 20-tonne excavator known as The Mud Monster is bogged. The owner was trying to build a recreational dam when the machine got stuck and it has been out of action for months now, burning money and holding up construction. Two other companies have failed to remove it and Team Salvage has just 24 hours and a 5,000 dollar budget to get it done.
