For chef Luka to be accepted in the group he has to prove his worth but not just in cooking. This time he get's trusted with managing the bar where he doesn't get by very well. Pika want's to get Luka fired therfore she fabricates a quarel between him and the waiter Miha. In the meantime the chef loses his favorite knife and decides not to cook until it is found

The series Yes, Chef! takes place in the famous and prestigious restaurant »Chateau de Philippe« in the center of Ljubljana where chef Ljubomir Bohinc called "chef" is in charge. He proudly rules his culinary empire which consists of many people who have to deal with his king like eccentricity. Only the restaurant manager Pika dares to stand up to him. To her men are only a distraction until a new young chef Luka arrives at the restaurant, who is yet to show his genius. Despite many complications the group morale in the ktichen stays high and when needed the group works together to solve the hardest problems
