Select Hello! Project members take a look at sightseeing spots in the suburbs of Tokyo and places that attract attention for the Tokyo Olympics 2020. Unreleased footage from the previous six episodes are aired for the first time.

Inaba Manaka, Inoue Rei, and Ogata Risa visit the the Ameyoko Shopping Street and meet performers Rhythm Rice in Ueno Park.

Kishimoto Yumeno, Maeda Kokoro, and Hirai Miyo visit Asakusa, where Hanawa Nobuyuki from KNIGHTS joins Tsuchiya Nobuyuki in introducing the members to the Manzai Association and the Asakusa Toyokan.

Kanazawa Tomoko, Nishida Shiori, and Satoyoshi Utano visit the Hello! Project Shop and a maid cafe in Akihabara, a holy ground for idol and otaku culture in Japan.

Morito Chisaki, Ichioka Reina, and Shimakura Rika play retro video games and visit a haunted house in Odaiba.

Nonaka Miki, Takase Kurumi, and Yamazaki Yuhane visit attractions and the aquarium in Ikebukuro.
