When the day comes, Kevin realizes that the band isn't living up to his opinion of what rock stars should be and initiates the band into a booze and drug-fueled bender. Meanwhile, Kevin's idiot father sets out to kill the members of the band Chilliwack while Kevin's sleazy mother sets her lusty eyes on the Treble Charger dudes with a whacked-out child support scheme. Later, during a radio interview, Kevin pits Treble Charger against fellow Canadian rockers Sum 41. When anger mounts between the bands, both come close to losing their careers in a degenerative spiral of booze and alcohol addictions. It all comes to a head at the Juno Awards, where the two bands are scheduled to share the stage.
