As a result of the Queen Bee Revenge Match, the winners get to trade their males. After trading the males, the teams participate in the second mission, Tire Scramble. The three losing teams of the second mission must face the first Deathmatch of the show. Out of three teams, only one team gets eliminated.

The winning teams get a large bowl, and they take plenty of food to enjoy for dinner. The losing teams get a tiny bowl and end up going to bed feeling hungry. The next day, the teams participate in a new mission: the Queen Bee Revenge Match. Queen bees have a one-on-one match among themselves to get revenge for the previous day’s defeat.

The 18 males meet their queen bee candidates for the first time. The six queen bees must choose their males based on the preliminary mission. The males also get a chance to vote for the queen bee of their preference. After forming teams, they face their first mission, Queen Bee Rugby, which requires strength and teamwork.
