Zorak feels the urge to return to his home planet for "Mantis Mating Season", but is reluctant when he finds out he will die if he mates with a female. Michael Sweet persuades Zorak to make the attempt anyway. Zorak later returns, having been saved by a male Mantis in drag who was part of a resistance movement against the Mantis mating ritual.

This episode starts with Brak yelling. There is a whole Zorak audience, and Space Ghost says, "The lone audience of The Apocalypse." Next, they take some calls on the show. Chad, Space Ghost's brother, calls. Then the IRS calls. Space Ghost yells for everyone to get out.

Hulk Hogan asks Space Ghost who is the most powerful being in the Turner organization... and Slash is given a "warm reception" by the crew when they ditch him to drink coffee at the Cafeteria.

Lokar reluctantly presents two clips from the Space Ghost archives to the audience, at the same time complaining about the show as a whole...

Donny Osmond comes prepared for Space Ghost...so does a woolly Panda.

The Ghost Planet gang are hungry. They order a pizza but it gets delivered to the wrong address. Zorak's nephew Raymond is visiting the studio. Michael Stipe offers to take the guys to dinner, but Zorak eats Raymond instead.

As Space Ghost swoons over the thought of meeting Fran Drescher, whom he has a crush on, Zorak and Moltar plot a rebellion behind Space Ghost's back.

Kirk the Storyteller and Carl the Cartoonist offer Space Ghost viewers, through Carl's drawings and Kirk's narration, "exciting" versions of classic Space Ghost: Coast 2 Coast adventures
