It's official. Average Rob and Arno are taking on an IRONMAN challenge with only six months of preparation. In this first episode, they promise Marten Van Riel, from their previous triathlon video, that they'll complete an Ironman. Despite being deemed by some as ambitious and others as reckless, they are committed. The IRONMAN involves a 3.8km swim, 180km cycle, and a 42km run. Luckily, they have support from Belgian Ironman champions Luc Van Lierde and Frederik Van Lierde as their coaches.
