Jinmu visits the King and confirms that he is the son of the current king. Solnan finds out that she and Myungnong are not related and decides to hold on to him.
Solnan saves Solhi's life for the moment from Marshal Hae trying to get her killed. Jinmu survives his injury and decides to comply with the prince's request.
Myungnong returns from the battle field unharmed and stops the King from leaving. Jinmu gets stabbed by Solhi with a poisoned sword but manages to survive with the King's blood.
Solhi confesses to killing Naun and is now stripped of her position. The king does not wish to tell the prince about the fake princess until the real one shows up.
Solnan and the prince write to Sunimun for help to find the people behind sabotaging the peace treaty with Kimun. Chancellor Yon tells the prince that the princess was also behind the plot.
Makgeum shows up in front of the king to tell him that Marshal Hae was the one behind Baekga. Makgeum tells solnan to return the baby clothes and that she doesn't trust her anymore.
Solnan finally captures her mother's killer with the help of the prince and The Band members. The king calls in Solhi to question her about Naun disappearing.
Solnan returns to her hometown to visit, but Sunimun thinks that she ran away because she was a spy from Paekche. Sulhi decides to put Jinmu in the throne by helping him take down the prince.
Sunimun finds Solnan interesting and asks her to tell him stories of her childhood. Marshal Hae has ordered the investigation of the missing servant of the pavilion.
After talking with Makgeum, Solnan returns to the palace asks Solhi to come and talk to her. Solhi also visited Makgeum but found out that she was one step behind Solnan.
Solnan finally meets with Makgeum and heads to Kalim to listen to the story of her mother. The queen is also hearing the story of Chehwa from her father.
Solnan and the prince continue to be trapped in the room. Sunimun is threatening the king that he will kill the prince if he doesn't get what he wants.
Myongnong prepares a letter to King Anjang in hopes of restoring peace in the land. The trainees are put to a final test to see if they have what it takes to join The Band.
The Koguryo has attacked Fort Tujang. Looking for some answers, Solhi goes to Prince Jinmu and asks him to tell her the relationship between Koguryo and Paekche.
The King invites Jinmu to spend quality time with him, but Jinmu runs into trouble at the marketplace. The royal family is having a portrait made at Solhi's request.
Solnan improves enough to remain in training for The Band, but the leader doubts whether she can excel as a full-fledged member. Solhi explores the palace.
Solhi tags along with Solnan to look for the bandits, but leaves her to go to Paekche by herself. One of Myongnong's men claims to have found Chaehwa's daughter.
Solnan vows revenge against her parents' killers and waits for information about bandits coming from their village. Solhi asks Solnan about Chaehwa's last words.
The Field Marshal takes the throne as the next king of Paekche. Chaehwa goes to a village with Kuchon where she gives birth to the Field Marshal's child.
Kuchon takes Chaehwa and saves her from a fire. Makgeum tries to get Chaehwa found, but Marshal Hae intervenes in his attempt to make the Field Marshal the next king.
The King refuses the request of Chaehwa's father and orders him to go to Fort Taedu. Meanwhile, Field Marshal Yung fights to bring victory for Paekche against the Northern Wei.
