Las Vegas is the harshest real estate market in the country. It's expensive, competitive, and unpredictable. But Aubrey and Bristol Marunde have carved their niche to make it work. Both multitalented, they do most of the work themselves to keep their margins high. Aubrey is the designer and real estate agent, and Bristol is the general contractor. When it comes to demolition, it doesn't hurt that he's a mixed martial arts fighter as well. They find a property with some covetable stats. It sits on a half acre, which is huge for Vegas. It's zoned for horses, and has it's own well and septic, all rare and desirable features. However, the property is a mess. Outdated finishings and a poor layout for today's buyer necessitate a total gut and remodel inside, and the outside is just as bad. Can they successfully stretch their dollars to turn this dilapidated house into a Vegas dream home?
