In the middle of a lot of confusion and chase, Chirag arrives at the house and thinks Prachi is in love with Nikesh and starts bashing him. However in the heat of the moment, Prachi reveals her love for Mahek. Everybody gets stunned hearing this. Moment later, Mahek is nowhere to be found. Prachi and Raghav discover a suicide note written by Mahek. All the friends, leaving all their differences aside, rushes to save Mahek from giving up her life.
Mahek and Prachi ask Dan to help them out. Dan talks to Raghav and tells him to forget Mahek since Disha is in love with him. On the other hand he tries to convince Disha to fall in love with Raghav. Things get messy when Disha tells Raghav that Dan is actually in love with Mahek.
Mehak and Prachi decide to keep their relation a secret from the rest of the gang. Although, both of them feel guilty as they are cheating on their friends by hiding the truth. It all gets messed up when Dan overhears the conversation between them.
Raghav confesses about his feelings towards Mehak to Dan and Prachi. On the other hand, Nikesh tells Mehak and Disha about his love for Prachi. After some convincing, Prachi agrees to help Raghav get Mehak. Mehak also agrees to help Nikesh get Prachi. Both the girls drink and talk to each other at night in order to help their friends but what happens later completely changes the scenario.
Mehak takes the rest of the gang to the fort she used to visit during her childhood. Each of them is lost in their own thoughts. Nikesh is trying really hard to forget the incident with Prachi. Disha is attracted towards Raghav. Prachi is guilty to break Nikesh’s heart. Raghav realizes that he has fallen in love with Mehak. Meanwhile, Dan can’t control his farts.
The Hangover,"Everybody is drunk after the party at the beach shack. Disha starts puking and Dan can’t control doing the same looking at her. Nikesh and Prachi are together on the beach, the entire night. Next morning, Raghav and Mehak find Dan sleeping next to the swimming pool. Nikesh returns to the villa with a few leaves covering his crotch. Prachi acts all cool when Nikesh speaks to her about what happened last night.
Prachi comes up with a game at the beach shack that everybody agrees to play. Each one takes a shot and reveals a secret story that nobody knows of. As the number of rounds increase, a lot of secrets come out in the open. Next morning, Mehak wakes up next to Raghav on the same bed!
Raghav, Dan, Prachi and Nikesh manage to hide from Chirag and escape the hotel. Meanwhile, Disha is unhappy with the news of them shifting into the villa. After the fun pool party, Dan and Disha have a secret meeting in the night.
Nikesh goes to the hotel to meet Prachi and apologize for last night. Prachi gets the shock of her life to see her ex-boyfriend at the hotel’s reception. Nikesh asks Prachi, Dan and Raghav to shift into the villa. They are just about to leave the room when there’s a knock at the door!
The party at the villa is nowhere close to what Dan and Disha had expected. Prachi is the only one to show some interest in Nikesh's magic trick but things get ugly when he puts a condom in her hand. The incident then turns into a huge fight where Dan and Disha charge towards each other with anger.
Mahek saves Raghav from being hit by a car. After spending sometime on the beach together, Mahek invites Raghav and his friends to her villa. Dan is excited to meet Mahek's hot friend who is single and eager to explore her sexuality.
Raghav is about to ask the love of his life to marry him but things don’t work out as expected. Dan and Prachi in the course to get their friend out of the zone of devastation, discover the magical break-up box and get onto a different trip.
Six friends, on their last holiday together after college, head to Goa before they all go their own ways. Little do they know what this trip beckons - new friendships, hard breakups, hidden fears, a bit of love, a little more lust and a lot of growing up.
