Tom Segers gets suspended, but continues his investigation on Veerle Goderis. Believing his colleague is in serious danger, Lucas Neefs shares his dark secret with Esther Mathijs. Veerle however responds too quick, making Tom look his own death into the eye.

The police investigate two strange disappearances: during the night the remains of an elderly woman were excavated from the cemetery, and only half a day later someone stole the body of the old governor out of the morgue. Didier meanwhile kidnaps Esther's daughter.
The local neighborhood watch tips the police about the robbery on a Turkish electronics seller. Tom Segers and Esther Mathijs soon have their suspects, until a second robbery and even a murder bring up new motives. Didier Franckx meanwhile starts stalking Esther.
The cruel murder of a prostitute leads Tom Segers and Esther Mathijs to the environment of Didier Franckx, the pimp that has been betrayed by the female inspector during an undercover operation. Franckx however proves not to be an easy catch.
After a female army officer walks in with a time bomb around her neck, the whole police station is evacuated. She survives after the payment of a 50,000 Euro ransom, but soon the culprit tries to harm another of her colleagues as well. Together with the motive, the police find out a secret about inspector Roel Swinnen.

Jimmy can't believe his ears when he discovers Lucas's commitment in the dead of Fien, and urges him to go report himself. Meanwhile the police team is busy checking on the Antwerp taxi drivers, because it seems that one of them has brutally raped multiple of his female negroid clients.
